We exclusively ship within the European Union, including countries like Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and more. Certain provinces or regions, such as Asturias or Balears, are excluded from our shipping areas.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on orders over €200. There are no customs duties for EU orders.
How long will shipping take?
Orders typically take 5 to 14 business days for delivery. For custom and "made-to-order" items, delivery can take up to 2 to 5 weeks depending on the specific product.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s journey.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, if your order has not yet been processed, please contact us at shop@cozie-interior.com to inquire about cancellation. Some items cannot be canceled once production has started.

Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, for hygiene and security reasons, custom orders, hygiene-sensitive items, beauty items, and area rugs cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging (including accessories), and in resellable condition.
Returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to ensure safe delivery.
